Sort Of Heroes

Picture
Not all heroes start out heroic.  Sometimes they start out on
the wrong track, and then make an abrupt detour.  Nib is a
young man of peasant background.  Brod is a troll.  Nib and
Brod both begin as henchmen of the Master ... and a
not-very-understanding Master, at that.  But he sends Nib
to get a magical sword, which turns out to be too big and
heavy to transport easily.  Nib asks Brod for help carrying
the sword up the mountain, and that's where things really
get interesting.  Follow Nib and Brod and the sword as they
go adventuring.
